These terms govern your use of whichami.com, which is owned and operated by Vikas Dulgunde, a London-based software engineer who builds and maintains the site (referred to here as "we" or "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Acceptance

Using the site, taking a quiz, or subscribing to the newsletter counts as acceptance of these terms. If you are using the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

The Service

WhichAmI offers free, anonymous personality and trivia quizzes for personal entertainment and self-reflection. Quiz results include a short, personalized written narrative generated from your answers. There are no user accounts at launch. You can take any quiz without registering.

Permitted Use

You may:

Take quizzes for personal, non-commercial use.
Share your own result, including screenshots and the share link we provide.
Link to our pages from your own site or social posts.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Scrape, copy, or republish quiz content, questions, or result narratives without written permission.
Use the site to harass, defame, or harm others.
Attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer the site.
Use automated tools to generate fake quiz takes or game any leaderboard or ranking we may run.
Use the site or our content to train automated systems without written permission.

Content Ownership

Our Content

All quiz questions, result archetypes, narratives, copy, branding, and design on whichami.com are owned by the site operator or licensed to us. You may not reuse them commercially without written permission.

Your Inputs

Your quiz answers are yours. We store them anonymously, as described in our Privacy Policy, and use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the quizzes. We do not claim ownership of your individual answers.

No Warranty on Result Accuracy

Quiz results are written for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not psychological assessments, diagnostic tools, or medical, legal, or financial advice. We make no representation that any result is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Do not rely on quiz output to make important decisions about your health, career, relationships, or finances.

Subscribing to the newsletter is optional and explicit. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Third Party Links and Affiliates

The site shows display advertising and may add affiliate links in future. See our Affiliate and Ad Disclosure for details. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third party sites.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including loss of data, loss of profits, or emotional distress. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, which for a free site is typically zero.
